Aldo Trim

Aldo Trim (Gouda, The Netherlands, 1977) founded Plane Sight early 2009 after coming back from an inspiring period living in Madrid, Spain. The result and satisfaction coming from participating in competitions gave a positive input and encouraged to form a strong individual stance in the profession of architecture.
During his work for several offices he started using photography and writing more and more as part of the practice, based on the idea that architecture is, aside designing buildings, also observing, and sharing thoughts and impressions concerning the built and envisioned environment. This results in a diverse office portfolio. Besides working as architect, Aldo Trim is visiting teacher at the Delft University of Architecture and publishes articles in various media.
